Ian was great helping us decide the dimensions for enlarging our patio. He obtained information and prices very quickly even though we had to wait for HOA approval before starting the project. We appreciate all the extra visits he made to check on the progress to make sure everything was going according to plan. The crew were also very helpful and showed up early every day to keep the project on schedule. We really appreciated their hard work. My wife and I decided to have Coastal Screen Enclosures expand and screen in our backyard paver linai. Zack and his installation team did a great job. Called the office and spoke to a very nice lady that took my information. Within an hour received a phone call from a tech that said he could be here this afternoon. He showed up, gave me a very fair estimate and said he had everything to complete the job. He went right to work and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I could not be happier. Excellent company, Ian, Mario and Zach did a wonderful job.  The Results are beautiful.  Our new screened porch is exactly what we wanted. Called to get an estimate.  I was very upfront about the size of the job before anyone came out.  Estimator came out, measured, conversation, etc.  If a screen job is too big for you or you don’t want to do it then at least have the courtesy to acknowledge the customer and tell them either this isn’t your specialty or you don’t want to do it.
