Q: Can we remove and replace rusty screws on an existing screen enclosure?
A: The aluminum structure can last upwards of 20+ years with proper maintenance. It is recommended you
rescreen every 10-12 years.
A: No, our company does not pour concrete. We partner with concrete contractors who specialize and will pour
concrete for our customers. You may choose to hire your own concrete contractor and we will work with them as
well.
A: Yes, we finance with Lyon Financial at lyonfinancial.net. Our company doesn’t receive any personal information
through Lyons, the customer sends in the application on line and we are notified upon approval
A: We fake care of permits, engineering and all legal documents. Customers are responsible for anything their HOA may need and a proper cleanup of the installation area.
A: Defects in installation or materials such as screen mesh, movable parts and painted finishes are warranted for a period of (1) one year from the date of installation.
